Byecross House was built in the early 1860's and is situated on the edge of the village of Georgeham, North Devon. We have a village shop, two fantastic pubs, an active church and a lots of fresh air. Body and soul are well catered for! Due to our central location you can choose the type of break you want. We are away from the hustle and bustle of the beaches and yet they and many other attractions are within easy reach. A few miles west we have the beaches at Woolacombe, Putsborough, Croyde and Saunton. All standards of surfers are well catered for with the Surf Hire shops and Surf Schools always keen to advise which breaks are working well. Golfers too are spoilt for choice with Saunton, Ilfracombe and Willingcott golf clubs being a short car journey away. The other side of Barnstaple will take you on to Royal North Devon, which is the oldest club in England.
